Welcome to Rewell Emotion Fitness. By using our website, services and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership & personal training

Membership and personal training are subject to approval by Rewell Emotion Fitness. Members and clients must be at least 16 years old. Fees, types and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and regulations

Members and clients must comply with all gym rules, policies and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use. We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate memberships or personal training for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability waiver

Members and clients assume all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and fees

Members and clients agree to pay all applicable fees, charges and taxes for their selected membership or training type. Online payments are processed securely by JCC.

5. Cancellation and membership freeze

Personal training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; sessions cancelled later are charged in full. Each personal training session lasts 1 hour and is not extended due to the client's lateness or interruptions. 4-week memberships cannot be frozen; 3, 6 or 12-month memberships can be frozen for up to one third of their duration.

6. Personal information and privacy

Personal information is managed according to our privacy policy and may be used for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
